Sponsorship Opportunity: Terms & Conditions

The sponsor / exhibitor hereby agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

The Sponsor grants the event organizers the right to use their intellectual property in promoting the event, including logos and other brand trademarks.
All sponsor’s talks / sessions should be given on a soft-sell approach where sharing of best practices and insights on the use of Moodle is given more priority over selling and showcasing their products.
Promotion of other Learning Management Systems, whether open-source or proprietary, other than Moodle is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
All products and services that will be promoted on the event shall be fit for use with Moodle.
Silver, Gold and Platinum sponsors are required to send a copy of their talk topic and slides in advance and is subject to the approval of the organizers.
All sponsors shall send a complete list of all the materials that they will bring and use during the event, subject to the approval of the organizers and the limitations of the venue.
No withdrawal of sponsorship shall be allowed on the last 10 days before the event proper.
No refund shall be made when a sponsor decides to cancel at any point

Booth area designation shall be on a first come-first served basis. Nephila Web has the right to allocate spaces to the exhibitors, should the exhibitor’s choice be unavailable.
If the nature or any of the components of the purchased sponsorship package must be changed for any reason, Nephila Web Technology agrees to notify the Sponsor in writing.
Each sponsor can only represent one company per booth availed.
The purchased sponsorship package is not transferable for any reason.
Anything not expressly addressed in this sponsorship agreement’s terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
