Course Description:
This session explores how California Metropolitan University (CMU) integrates artificial intelligence into health simulation to enhance teaching, learning, and clinical decision-making in higher education. The presentation will highlight CMU’s approach to designing AI-enabled simulations that support adaptive learning, learner engagement, and real-time feedback within digital learning environments.
Participants will gain practical insights into how AI-driven health simulations can be aligned with curriculum outcomes, embedded within LMS platforms such as Moodle, and used to bridge the gap between theory and practice in healthcare education. The session will also discuss key lessons learned, implementation considerations, and future directions for AI-powered simulation in academic settings.
