1. About
By presenting your research at MoodleMoot Philippines 2025, you will have the opportunity to share your insights, innovations, and findings with an engaged audience of Moodle users, developers, administrators, and educators. This platform allows you to showcase your work, gain valuable feedback from industry experts, and network with like-minded professionals. Additionally, your presentation can inspire new ideas, foster collaborations, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Moodle-based learning environments.
2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Full Research Paper: These include mainly accomplished research results and have 8 pages at the maximum (5,000 words). The allotted time for the presentation is 20 to 30 minutes.

Presentations: These include topics showcasing recent developments and implementations of Moodle in your school or organization. General trends may be discussed here, as well as important issues in topics related to the conference. These have 4 pages at maximum (2,500 words). The allotted time for the presentation is 20 to 30 minutes.
3. CATEGORIES

Undergraduate students: (Must be currently enrolled in their third to fourth year of college, maximum of 1- 2 member participants per group)

Professionals: (Individuals who have completed their undergraduate studies or currently hold graduate degrees and are passionate about Moodle and e-learning research and innovations)

5. REQUIREMENTS

Filled out the Registration form.

Research papers and presentations should be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.

Research papers should not exceed 5,000 words, including references.

Presentations should be in the form of a detailed abstract outlining the objectives, methodology, results, and implications of the study.

All submissions must be sent via email to rica@nephilaweb.com.ph by May 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

Authors should include their full name, affiliation, contact information, and a brief bio with their submission.
6. IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
April 30, 2025 – Participation confirmation/ interest by answering the Registration form.
May 02, 2025 – Submit a brief profile, photo, and planned topic title.
May 09, 2025 – Abstract Submission (For Research Papers). Please visit this link for the Abstract Format and make your own copy. Presentations should be in the form of a detailed abstract outlining the objectives, methodology, results, and implications of the study.
May 16, 2025 – Presentation/ Research paper submission.
May 30, 2025 – Notification of acceptance
